As the client continued to grow, reaching more than 350 employees across multiple countries, the complexity of running the business increased significantly. With scale came the need for stronger organizational governance, including how data is owned, shared, and used across teams. To support this next phase of growth, the client wanted to establish a data governance framework that reflected their culture and way of working, while being robust enough to support long-term ambitions.

Rather than outsourcing governance, the client aimed to build it internally, ensuring ownership, adoption, and sustainability. They needed a structured way to translate strategic ambitions into concrete, actionable steps; supported and challenged by experienced data governance experts.
