The opportunity
Agoya seeks a motivated and experienced (or with the ambition to take the role as) manager to support the future growth in Europe. This individual will play a critical role supporting the internal consultants and projects, help shape the data solutions we build for our clients and establishing Agoya’s technology presence in the region. The role offers significant opportunities for growth and development within Agoya, aligning with our long-term vision.​​
Your responsibilities

Proactively identify and research new technologies inside the data space, assess them and educate our employees on it.

Manage our delivery consultants in Belgium, Morocco and Greece.

Support the delivery of our projects at our clients in Europe.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with technology partners and establish Agoya’s quality label within the technology space.

Help shape future-proof solutions and act as a trusted advisor, representing Agoya’s value proposition to potential clients.
Are you the one?
​What we are looking for:

Proven experience in delivering data and digital solutions (5+ years), you get a plus if you’ve done this in a consulting mode.

Familiarity with the Belgian market and a network of relevant contacts.

Fluency in Dutch and English and your life will be easier if you are capable of communicating in French.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency with data platforms and visualisation tools. A good understanding of AI and how to utilize it will speed up your onboarding.

Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration, particularly in an international team environment.
